Warranty
Effective September 23, 2026
Every Clary Homes project uses a mix of materials and products, and each one carries its own warranty from its manufacturer. A pergola, a paver, a pool pump, a turf product and a lighting system are all covered differently, for different periods, by different companies. Because of that, we don't publish a single warranty on this website.
Where your warranty terms are
The warranties that apply to your project are set out in your signed contract. That document lists the products and materials in your build and the warranty that applies to each, along with the manufacturers' own warranty documents where they exist. Nothing on this website adds to, changes or replaces what is in your contract.
Ask before you sign
Warranty coverage is one of the things we go through at the free consultation and again before you sign. Ask us for the terms on any product or material you're considering, and we'll show you exactly what the manufacturer covers, for how long, and what would void it. If a material's warranty matters to your decision, tell us and we'll factor it into the design.
Registering manufacturer warranties
Some manufacturers require the product to be registered after installation for the warranty to apply. Where that's the case we'll tell you at handover and give you what you need to register it.
Making a claim
If something covered by a warranty in your contract goes wrong, contact us first at (858) 201-8620 or sales@claryhomes.com with your contract number, a description of the problem and a photo if you can. We'll confirm what's covered under your contract and either handle it or put you in touch with the manufacturer.
This page is for information only. It is not a warranty, and it does not create any right beyond what is written in your signed contract and the applicable manufacturers' terms.
