01
You see the price before you commit.
Every package has its number on the page. Custom work is quoted after a site visit and the number doesn't move once you've signed. Terms apply, surprises don't.
02
You see the yard before it exists.
A 3D design shows the pool, the pergola, the pavers and where the light falls at six in the evening. The yard you approve is the yard you get. The design is $500, credited back when you sign.
03
You get the whole thing, or just the bit you want.
Pool only? Pergola only? Fine. Everything at once? Also fine, and planned as one space rather than bolted together. Licensed C-27 landscaping contractor, CSLB #1075777.
What San Diego homeowners say
We trusted Clary Homes to bring our backyard design to life, and they delivered. The owner, Sunny, and his team headed by Darynell are consummate professionals. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work.
I had a vague idea of what I wanted for a contemporary front yard, and Darynell from the design team helped me bring it to life. They were patient with my questions, explained their plant choices, and created a cohesive, climate-appropriate plan. I never felt rushed, and they valued my input throughout. Hands down the best experience, at a very reasonable price.
Excellent experience and quality of work with Clary Homes. The workmanship, the collaboration, the ability to achieve our vision without delay. We would recommend them to anyone with an outdoor construction project.
